Mississauga, September 20, 2022: Blue Giant Equipment Corporation ("Blue Giant") has acquired a majority stake in the company support solutions lifting ergonomic, Cormac Industrial.
Located in San Juan del Río, Querétaro,Mexico. Cormac Industrial is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative equipment assistance of lifting ergonomic industrial, that includes Rocker Tires, Arms type Flag, Rail Systems, Ergonomic, Tables, forklift pneumatic manipulators ergonomic. Cormac Industrial has provided assistance solutions of elevation to the measure for more than 30 years for companies such as Magna, Cummins, Nemak, BRP, Fori Automation, Volkswagen, Nissan, and Stellantis.
Cormac Industrial will continue to be directed by James Patton as General Manager, and Sean Patton as Commercial Director. The family Patton is still actively involved as a shareholder. With this merger, Cormac Industrial will have greater resources and very soon with a larger plant with larger equipment to deliver our products and services, made in Mexico for the whole world, by means of the global sales network of the Blue Giant.
